We work closely with our associated professional consultants including certified engineers, interior designers, landscape architects and building systems specialists.

The Process:
Our service begins with meeting the client at their home to introduce ourselves,
show our portfolio and determine what the project is all about.
Prior to any commitment we submit a written program verifying the scope of work and a cost proposal for the design phase with an approximate fee range for subsequent phases.
Upon acceptance of the design proposal we measure existing conditions, prepare as built drawings and review zoning specific to the address.
Concept design sketches are then prepared and presented to the client.
Once the design is finalized a firm proposal for working drawings, required to build the project and apply for permits, is then established and sent to the client.
Working drawings are then prepared.
Permit applications are made once working drawings are completed and contractors are selected.
Construction begins when permits are issued.
Site review and payment certification takes place as work proceeds.
The project is completed and the client reoccupies the space or moves in for the first time.
